Shipping Policy:

We offer a free collection service from our warehouse in Wolverhampton. For more information, please contact us via email help@shropshirehomecompany.com or get in touch via our Instagram or Facebook page.

Currently we only offer local delivery within England and Wales, where the delivery fee is based on distance up to 100 miles from our warehouse. However, any deliveries 100+ miles will be sent via courier and the cost of delivery will be based on the weight of the item being delivered.​

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 7-14 days. After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays, some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. If this is the case we kindly ask that you wait an additional 3 working days from the initial 14 days before contacting us.

Returns Policy:

Unwanted products:
An unwanted product can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery - for more information please contact our customer service team via email help@shropshirehomecompany.com. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online. Please note that refunds will exclude any postage costs and returns postage will be paid for by the buyer.

Faulty/Damaged products:
We hope that our products never turn up damaged or faulty, but in the rare case it happens we are here to sort the issue as quickly as possible. If your item arrives faulty/damaged we will exchange or refund providing that you raised this issue upon delivery when the driver arrives and you have not yet signed the delivery note. Please note, if you have chosen not to inspect the items upon delivery or refuse to sign the delivery note and find the items are damaged we will not cover the fee to return the items. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault/damage. We will not accept any damaged returns after 14 days from delivery.

Requesting for items to be placed in situ:

The customer can make a request for the driver to help lift the item(s) into situ, however, this request will need to be made prior to delivery and the customer must check and sign the items before the driver assists with carrying, the driver will not be made liable for any breakages or damages after checking. It is up to the driver if he does not feel safe carrying the item on the day of delivery and the customer will have to make their own arrangements to carry the items.

​We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
